Afro-Pop Up
Fashion designers from the UK, Europe and Africa will be waving the flag for ‘brand Africa’ by bringing you the latest styles and trends in this year’s Afro Pop-Up brought to by Agnes Cazin (Haiti73 Agency). Check out super cool accessories from Joydesioux and art-obsessed Dorcas Creates to Continent Clothing, authentic African clothing handmade by artisans in The Gambia. Debuting the show will be Eloli (meaning “it is beautiful”), award-winning luxury African fashion brand by three sisters from Cameroon offering original designs for both men and women.
Discovery and learning are the themes of the day in the experiential lifestyle lounge produced by Head Fashion curator, Agnes Cazin (Haiti 73 Agency). Engaging talks will cover everything from mental health (Manhood & Womanhood Academy), the business of fashion (MNN agency), busting beauty myths with Black Skin Directory and special guest, June Sarpong MBE (author of new book, Diversify) will lead a talk on literature alongside the authors of Slay in Your Lane: The Black Girl Bible.
