The Kach It Project took place in East London’s iconic Olympic Village between 10-11 March, and guests were treated to a fantastic line-up of fashion, food and art in the exclusive two-day shopping and lifestyle experience.

The event, a collaboration between New York celebrity fashion stylist, Kanayo Ebi and Pop Up Africa, the curators of London’s biggest African inspired shopping event ‘Africa at Spitalfields’, featured emerging designers and brands from ready to wear and haute couture clothing and accessories. Designers included Ezie, Innocente Messy, RAAAH and Rahima Mohamed Couture as well as Taje, Gazelle London and Printed Soles.

UK beauty brand The Afro Hair and Skin Co. was in the house along with live art from Eniola Alakija and Tendezart and food and drink by Chuku’s, Majestik Food and Burst energy drink.

Kanayo Ebi led a masterclass on ‘how to own your style’, and there was a fun interactive karaoke segment with Afrobeat Karaoke and musical sounds by sought-after celebrity DJ Cuppy.
