Queen of the runway, Naomi Campbell held court at Westfield London last night (26 November 2019) as she launched her Fashion for Relief pop-up store, 10 years after hosting the first one.

Just two months after hosting the start-studded Fashion for Relief catwalk show earlier this autumn (September), Naomi pulled out all the stops for this fourth outing of her Fashion for Relief charity pop-up store in the Atrium at Westfield London.

The store is open to the public from Wednesday 27 November to Sunday 8 December 2019. Fashion-forward readers best hurry down to the designer pop-up store to get a chance of owning limited edition fashion pieces donated by top brands, Naomi’s celebrity friends, and items from the supermodel’s own wardrobe, with funds raised going towards education and employability programmes for young people.

Some of the items on sale include bespoke Alexander McQueen T-shirts, Fashion for Relief silk scarves, as well as fashion-pieces by Gucci, Alaïa, Vivienne Westwood, and more.

As well as shopping for these coveted fashion pieces, visitors to the pop-up will be privy to a host of activities taking place at the venue including presentations from up and coming designers, and a celebrity sales team.

“The money is going to help improve the futures of young Londoners.”

There is no doubting Naomi’s passion for the project. Founded by the Supermodel in 2005, Fashion For Relief has raised millions for disaster relief and humanitarian causes around the world. In the last few years, we have been seeing ever more increasing evidence of her humanitarian and philanthropic efforts. On Monday (2 December 2019), she is being awarded with the Fashion Icon Award by the British Fashion Council-hosted ‘The Fashion Awards’.

As one would expect of an event hosted by the beautiful one, high-profile guests flocked to support Naomi in this latest evolution of her venture. We even spotted some of our faves in the coverage.

Influencer, Patricia Bright spoke for all of us when she said on Instagram: “When childhood dreams manifest. When you get to meet your icons in person and they are just as amazing as you expect, when Naomi tells you the best angle…you listen. Meeting someone who paved the way for so many, was such a moment. It was such a privilege to be able to shop with you at your Fashion for Relief pop up store for such an amazing cause! Also… I’ve got to say it, South London really does have something in the water!”

If we haven’t convinced you to stop by the pop-up and shop, hear it from the Queen herself. Naomi said: “It’s truly a pleasure to be partnering with Westfield London again to launch our fourth Fashion for Relief designer pop-up store. This is a unique opportunity for everyone to get their hands on some really special fashion pieces at accessible prices. Whether you are shopping for Christmas presents or just treating yourself, you can do so here knowing that the money is going to help improve the futures of young Londoners.”
