Every once in a while, you come across a feel-good story that gives you all the chills, in a good way!
After 17 years of trying, Adeboye and Ajibola Taiwo had almost given up hope of ever having babies. Their fate changed when they finally conceived, but then all their dreams came true at once when a routine check-up revealed that they were having sextuplets.
The adorable babies were delivered by caesarean section at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. Proud father, Adeboye Taiwo, said everyone performed beyond his expectations from the time they arrived at VCU Medical Center.
“The medical team is excellent in medicine and hospitality,” he said. “We are far from home but the medical team is our family. That is what got us this far.”
“I hope for the smallest of my six children to grow up and say ‘I was so small, and look at me now,’” said Ajibola. “I want my kids [to] come back to VCU to study and learn to care for others with the same people who cared for me and my family.”
A truly heart-warming story. We wish them all the best!
