Smoked salmon and cream cheese
When making your crepe, replace the sugar with salt and pepper.
For the cream cheese, add some shallots, a dash of lemon and grated garlic – then spread the cream cheese mixture on the crepe. Finally, add a slice of smoked salmon on to each crepe.
Goats cheese and sundried tomatoes
Mix butter with grated garlic, salt and pepper then spread on your crepe.
Then add some goats cheese and sundried tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes for a less intense flavor.
Place in an oven so your crepe is warm and toasty.
Jalapeño and chicken Quesadilla-style crepes
You’ll need two crepes each per serving. Pan-fry some chicken breast and season with garlic, salt, pepper and onions. Then add some sliced pickled jalapenos and stir.
Spread some garlic butter on the crepes, then place the chicken and jalapeno on top. Add cheese.
Then place the second crepe on top, then place in a heated oven until its golden and crispy, and the cheese has melted. Serve with a side of guacamole.
Philly cheesesteak crepes
Thinly slice some beef and fry with onions, salt and pepper. Add some Maggi or Knorr cubes for extra flavour.
Separately, slice some onions and fry until caramelized.
Spread some horseradish on the crepe. Now add the beef, cheese and then top it off with the onions.
Spinach and mushroom crepes (Vegan)
Pan-fry some chestnut mushrooms using olive oil, then add shallots, chilli, garlic and salt to the mixture
Spread a layer of vegan cream cheese onto the crepe. Then add a generous layer of your fried mushrooms.
