Marvel’s Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N is a new attraction based at London’s ExCel where, between November and March 2019, young fans, and the not so young, can interact with props and characters straight from the big screen.
Just in time for the Christmas holidays, parents can bring their children to the S.T.A.T.I.O.N exhibition, which opens on 29 November 2018, following a hugely successful run in New York, Seoul, Paris, Singapore, Beijing, Taipei and Las Vegas where it has set up a permanent exhibition.
The exhibition will allow visitors 90 minutes of exploration of S.T.A.T.I.O.N, which is an acronym for Science Training and Tactical Intelligence Operative Network. Guests will step inside the popular films and become part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe storyline, whether trying to lift Thor’s hammer or taking a sneaky peak at Bruce Banners Lab.
In addition to the weekday evening slots, additional weekend slots have been released, but you better hurry as they won’t last long.
This highly anticipated multi-room experience offers fans of all ages the opportunity to delve into the super-workings and backstory of each member of The Avengers as they train to become an agent of the S.T.A.T.I.O.N.
Highlights of the exhibition include:
The Thor Observatory – dedicated to Thor Odinson, King of Asgard and son of Odin. Prove your strength by attempting to lift Thor’s famous hammer, Mjölnir. Even view Thor’s outfits and study the universe and its current measurements using NASA’s EYE on the exoplanets program.
Study Captain America’s personnel file, diving into the complex science responsible for transforming Steve Rogers into Captain America.
Iron Man Engineering Bay – get personal with Iron Man’s iconic armoured suits as well as experience what a simulated flight is like inside.
If you’ve ever wondered what Bruce Banner’s Lab actually looks like, you can travel around the Bio Lab transformation of Dr Banners superior brain as he morphs into the famous green Hulk.
