This month in the beauty chair is gorgeous actress Letitia Hector, star of Sky Living’s Venus Vs Mars and ITV’s Dropperz. Our beauty contributor Abbie-May Hopkins gives us the low down on how to create this festive facebeat.
I created this glam and festive make-up look on Letitia using the new Huda Beauty eyeshadow palettes. They are very pigmented and easy to blend, my favourite eyeshadows in my kit right now!
The colours I used complimented Letitia’s box braids perfectly. I used a mixture of matte and shimmer textures and then added a glitter on top to make it more festive. Using individual lashes helped me create a fluttery, natural lash look and black liner to smoke it out and add definition.
The skin was kept matte as Letitia has oily skin and prefers not to have shiny skin. I made sure I used super mattifying skincare products to block out the oils but still hydrate the skin at the same time, DECIEM has a lot of products for oily skin that actually work.
I then finished off the look with a glossy lip to contrast against the skin.
