For £90, you can get your own custom-made bottle of makeup, harnessing the power of science and artistry to create a one-of-a-kind match to emulate your unique skin shade.
The one-on-one consultation begins as a Lancôme Beauty Advisor scans your facial skin tone. The data is processed through state-of-the-art algorithms that predict “perfect match” foundation and skin tone. The formula is blended right at the counter and shade number is printed on the bottle for easy reference upon refill for the perfect, personalised foundation.
THE TECHNOLOGY
Le Teint Particulier is Lancôme’s first bespoke make-up experience. To maintain colour accuracy, the custom-made machine is equipped with pumps to blend and dispense the ingredients, which are: red, yellow, white and dark pigments, moisturiser and “thinner” that allows for customised coverage from sheer to full. The formula provides up to 24-hour hydration and can be enhanced with an additional moisturiser on an individual basis.
THE FORMULA
Shades are created to reflect cool, warm or neutral undertones and provide a flawless finish for the ideal texture, fluidity, coverage level with a natural finish that is almost undetectable. The formula is oil-free, fragrance-free, safe for sensitive complexions and promises not to clog pores, to leave your skin with a translucent radiance.
